CLASSIC series

Bench-mounted step-in, or walk are versions of our standard range. Tried and tested in leading laboratories they are of a twin-skin construction with outer aerodynamically designed carcass of coated steel with inner liners selected from a wide range of resistant materials in a fire resistant shell. Work surfaces also feature a range of resistant materials with wide color choice, Widths from 1 metre to 2 metres, and, with double sash incorporated, from 3 metres to 4 metres.

CRITERION series

A range or fume cupboards as stunning in looks as they are in performance. Aerodynamic lines have been achieved without sacrificing size or serviceability. Advanced design provides twice the service capacity of conventional cabinets, while facilitating easy access to all working parts...Easy accessibility of mechaniocal and electrical service connections is assured by removable panels and fixings carefully hidden behind pivoting aerofoils Light fitting and electrical and ductwork connections are located behind the hinged upper front panel. The whole range can be fitted with matching upper infill panesl and a neat tailored finish obtained with false ceiling trims.

CAMPUS series

Similar in design and construction to the Classic but smaller in size, Campus are in demand for use in schools colleges of further education, and universities. Mobile versions of this model are available along with demonstration units which are fitted with glazed sides and/or rear panels. Campus accessories and spares available.

At CLF we offer a complete design, manufacture, installation and commissioning service with all of our fume extraction systems. Whilst operator protection, lower noise levels and energy efficiency are foremost in our design consideration, we also take care with visual aspects whenever possible. CLF engineers are able to advise upon alternatives available upon request.

Our units can be fitted with vertical or horizontal sliding sash windows or a combination of both required. Whilst our range is every comprehensive we also offer a custom building service to clients whose needs are a bit more demanding than most.

All our fume hoods are type tested to BS7258: Parts 1 & 4 .

Ducting and Exhaust Systems

CLF offer a complete line of rigid and flexible PVC ducting and connections for fume hood exhaust systems. We also supply a large range of PVC fans for a variety of duties. With our expertise and wide experience of systems from simple hood extracts to water-washed extracts, our engineers will advise our clients on the best design to meet their requirements.

An exhaust arm extraction system can be used for any work station where harmful substances are present in dangerous concentrations.The electro engineering, electronics, micro engineering, laser technology, chemical, medical, pharmaceutical, and foodstuffs industries, as well as laboratories, hospitals, schools, and universities are typical users of exhaust process systems.
